Suzanne M. Miklos, Ph.D.

President and founder of O.E. Strategies, Inc., Suzanne Miklos has over fifteen years consulting experience in a variety of organizational effectiveness activities, including assessment centers, group process, competency based development programs, and culture identification and change programs. Clients appreciate her breadth of experience in talent assessment and executive coaching. Dr. Miklos supports successful client programs with an emphasis on using business strategy and data to drive dialogue about people strategy in manufacturing, professional service and public sector firms. Her project management skills consistently produce on time, value added results for clients. With an emphasis on life long development as a key part of her doctoral program, Dr. Miklos routinely speaks to business and HR groups about cross-generational mentoring, coaching female leaders, and executive development through building emotional intelligence. Dr. Miklos is a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Psychological Association (APA). She earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.

Diane Govern, Ph.D.

Senior Consultant with O.E. Strategies, Inc., Diane Govern is a recognized expert with nearly 20 years of experience helping clients create strategic alignment, talent management, and leadership development programs. She has a proven track record of managing complex business integration and business transformation projects that require a blend of strategic leadership, technical, and change management skills. Dr. Govern is recognized for her ability to see the larger picture and achieve measureable results both in consulting and internal roles.

As a trusted advisor, Dr. Govern has worked in a diverse range of industries including financial services, healthcare, construction, transportation and public sector organizations. Using assessment as a cornerstone, she focuses on initiatives that help organizations leverage individual talent in order to maximize productivity. She spent five years consulting internally to a construction labor management firm as the Director of Training. While there, she was instrumental in creating a comprehensive blended learning curriculum for a national sales force and a leadership talent development process. The approach systematized the competencies that drive success while at the same time significantly reduced the costs of training.

Dr. Govern is a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). She is a certified trainer for AchieveGlobal leadership and customer service programs. She earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.

Casey Onder, Ph.D.

Casey has dual degrees in counseling and organizational psychology. She has a passion for creating insights, facilitating change, and driving innovative, data-driven solutions to challenges facing individuals and organizations. Casey has served businesses in both internal and external roles in diverse capacities including competency modeling, administration of global engagement surveys, 360s, leadership assessment, group facilitation and career counseling. Clients appreciate her ability to connect at their level, ask the right questions, and think outside the box. Co-author of 11 articles and conference presentations, she has several years of experience conducting and applying research to support individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. Casey earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.

David A. DuBois, Ph.D.

An organizational psychologist, Dr. DuBois brings 30 years’ experience in delivering value to individual and organizational effectiveness. He provides individual and organizational assessments, coaching, and strategic planning in corporate, government, and NGO settings across a wide range of industries. He adds value and competitive advantage by bringing a whole systems perspective, integrating HR with the business mission and markets. Versatile and innovative, he has developed unique approaches to training and performance measurement for the US Navy, helped create a Human Factors division for an insurance company, and created a unique approach to training and organizational change by developing Sustainability Circles for organizations launching their sustainability initiatives.

Previously, he worked for a multinational HR consulting company and for a Fortune 100 company. He established two companies and two non-profit organizations. He is an adjunct faculty at Kent State University, teaching courses on sustainability in the College of Business, and serves as a Technical Advisor for AASHE (American Association for Sustainability in Higher Education). His doctorate is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

Louis R. Forbringer, Ph.D.

Dr. Forbringer brings over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience to his practice; working with organizations in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, organization development and culture change. He served as the Vice President and Director of Leadership and Organization Effectiveness at Mercantile Bank where he was responsible for succession planning, selection testing, training, executive, managerial and organizational development. He also served as the Vice President of Organizational Talent Management at Catholic Health Initiatives where he was responsible for organization-wide Talent Management initiatives.

Dr. Forbringer has served as President on the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Foundation Board. He received his Ph.D. and MA in Industrial/Organizational psychology from the University of Akron and his BA in Psychology from Allegheny College.
