Suzanne M. Miklos, Ph.D.
and founder of O.E. Strategies, Inc., Suzanne Miklos has over
fifteen years consulting experience in a variety of organizational
effectiveness activities, including assessment centers, group
process, competency based development programs, and culture identification
and change programs. Clients appreciate her breadth of experience
in talent assessment and executive coaching. Dr. Miklos supports
successful client programs with an emphasis on using business
strategy and data to drive dialogue about people strategy in manufacturing,
professional service and public sector firms. Her project management
skills consistently produce on time, value added results for clients.
With an emphasis on life long development as a key part of her
doctoral program, Dr. Miklos routinely speaks to business and
HR groups about cross-generational mentoring, coaching female
leaders, and executive development through building emotional
intelligence. Dr. Miklos is a member of the Society for Industrial
Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
She earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
from the University of Akron.
Chris Bamford, M.A.
Chris Bamford comes to O.E. Strategies with a diverse background in Human Resource
experience including Acquisition Due Diligence, General Management and Human Resources
leadership. His work with some of the Cleveland areas largest corporations has taken his
management skills abroad to both Europe and Asia. He is a leader when it comes to
establishing global networks, and developing and mentoring teams. Chris has over 25 years of
experience in strategic planning, and organizational and development management. Clients
welcome Chris' candor and clarity when providing them with assessment feedback.
Chris' experience includes working as Director and General Manager, International Business for Americhem, as well as Senior Management Psychologist for PRADCO. He developed a Succession Planning process that encompassed bench-strength gap analysis, readiness charts, and career planning for entire management team. His areas of expertise include employee relations, executive coaching and executive assessments for selection and development.
Chris earned his MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.

Louis R. Forbringer, Ph.D.
Dr. Forbringer brings over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience to his
practice; working with organizations in the areas of leadership development, succession
planning, organization development and culture change.
He served as the Vice President and Director of Leadership and Organization
Effectiveness at Mercantile Bank where he was responsible for succession planning,
selection testing, training, executive, managerial and organizational development. He
also served as the Vice President of Organizational Talent Management at Catholic
Health Initiatives where he was responsible for organization-wide Talent Management
Dr. Forbringer has served as President on the Society of Human Resources
Management (SHRM) Foundation Board. He received his Ph.D. and MA in
Industrial/Organizational psychology from the University of Akron and his BA in
Psychology from Allegheny College.
Charles Gerhold, M.A.
Charles Gerhold is the Managing Partner of Growth Engine, a Talent Management consulting firm focused on the acquisition, development, and deployment of talent.
Charles' consulting work has primarily focused on strategic HR alignment, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching and sales force optimization with clients across North America, Latin America, and Europe. This work has included projects to create C-Suite alignment, driving improved business results through executive coaching and leadership development, creating cascading performance management programs, increasing profitable revenue through the assessment, realignment and development of sales teams, and closing the succession gap through the acceleration of leadership development of mid-level managers.
Charles' industry experience includes: Information Technology, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Insurance, Real Estate, Distribution, Consumer Products, Professional Services, Food & Beverage, and Manufacturing.
In addition to his work as a consultant, Charles has held internal business unit leadership and Human Resources roles, including leading the Human Capital Consulting business for Hudson Consulting in North America and leading Global Talent Management and Acquisition for Scotts Miracle-Gro. Charles began his career as an HR Generalist and Operations Supervisor.
Charles received his Master?s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa and his Bachelor?s degree in both Economics and Psychology from Marietta College.
