She relies on data driven, research based methods tailored to the specific client business strategy and needs. She is an active speaker and professional presenter as well as a contributing columnist for The Industrial Psychologist. Dr. Miklos is a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the American Psychological Association (APA). She earned her doctorate in Industrial/Gerontological Psychology from the University of Akron and is a graduate of the Newfield Coaching Institute.

Senior Consultant with O.E. Strategies, Inc., Diane Govern is a recognized expert with nearly 20 years of experience helping clients create talent management and leadership development programs. As a trusted advisor to executives and leaders, Dr. Govern has a proven track record of managing complex business integration and business transformation projects. Blending strategic leadership, technical, and change management skills, she is recognized for her ability to see the larger picture and achieve measureable results by aligning mission, strategy and goals.
Dr. Govern is a skilled facilitator of employee development efforts, including classroom training for leadership and job skills, interpretation of 360 feedback results, performance coaching and national continuous education events. In her work at O.E. Strategies, she has provided executive assessment for selection and development coaching for high potentials. Additionally, she has been invited to coach leaders and facilitate both team building and change management activities for their work groups. Prior to O.E. Strategies, Dr. Govern spent five years consulting internally to a construction labor management firm as the Director of Training. She has been an external consultant to many Northeast Ohio-based, as well as national organizations, including healthcare and financial services, among others. She specializes in the standardization of the talent management processes that drive success.
